When the price of gas skyrockets again you'll hear the same old nonsense. ';Why drill. It's going to take 10 years until we are able to use that oil';. Blah, blah, blah. The clock ticks on. Been hearing that for over a decade!! I guess you'll call Obama an ';oil man'; in simplistic lib fashion.

Phantom alternatives is right, and if the democrats have one ounce of brains, they better start drilling and using our own resources, as we really do not need foreign oil if we have our own. But the best way to destroy America is to take down the economy, and the LEFT has jump started it already, and we need to Vote them out as soon as they come up for re election.

I cant see a thing wrong with alternatives . Alternatives will last as long as the earth is here ,oil is just a short term solution. As we all know wells go dry . Besides all that just because there is more oil do you think the oil companies are just going to give it to you ? There's to much oil now because of the recession and the price is going back up wtf are you thinking .
Why would you want to invest scarce capital into the extraction of a resource of which the total supply is in terminal decline? Doesn't make the slightest bit of sense to me.
Go do some research. The US is the 3rd largest producer of oil in the world. We are drilling at near record levels and have been for many years.
The libs don't care about high oil prices. Somehow it makes them feel better to know that it costs that much.
