Drilling for oil now ??

MC CAIN YESTERDAY SAID we should be drilling for oil now of course he didn't say what we are going to do with later ,


send it to japan or iraq for refining it ?? because the oil companies did not build any refineries here in the usa.


because it does cost money to do so what a bunch of crap this man is spreading aroundDrilling for oil now ??
In addition to drilling now and drilling here, there are wells already drilled and capped; ready for production but environmentalist whackos will not let us get the oil.

We currently have refinery capacity to deal with increased oil supply and could have even more if the enviros and greens would let us build more refineries. How about on abandoned military bases??





The current oil leases are unused due to frivilous lawsuits brought by common (enviro) citizens on behalf of a polar bear, or a squid. or something like that.


There MUST be a balance between the needs of humans and the needs of animals.





Disband the EPA. Repeal the laws that allow frivilous lawsuits which prevent our energy independence.Drilling for oil now ??
Well, for off shore drilling it will take about five years before we start seeing any oil so maybe he just wants us to get a head start.





And its hard to build a refinery in the US because of all the environment laws, which coincidentally is the same reason we haven't been drilling for oil in the US.
