If you own land that happens to have oil/gas beneath it, talk to a company and they will pay you to build a well(s). You have to be a real good talker and go meet with Banks and people with loads of money and talk them into it. Also some kind of Surveyor's report to show them would be a good idea. Plus have a realistic estimate of how much it would cost so you know how much to ask for.
