I have heard of such cases which leads me to believe the oil industry is hiding reserves.Do you know the location of successfuly drilled exploratory oil wells in the US that have been capped.Wher?
All over the place. All along the Pacific Coast for example. There are lots of reasons, not just hiding reserves. Environmental concern is one reason. Strategic reserves another. Why not dry up all the foreign oil before we fully deplete ours?
