How long would it take to get oil from drilling in ANWR?

Bush's Department of Energy thinks it would take about 7 to 12 years to produce oil from ANWR, the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. Does anyone have a credible source to the contrary?

The problem is not with getting oil from drilling in ANWR. The U.S. Navy has an outpost up there, and they have been drilling, pumping and using the crude oil to run the facility for at least the past 15 years. The 7 to 12 year time frame is for installing the pipeline to pump the oil to a facility such as the Port of Valdez in Prince William Sound, where the Exxon Valdez dumped her load after running aground. How long would it take to get oil from drilling in ANWR?
About six months and also in the gulf of Mexico and off the coast of California... but don't tell anyone
From what some tell me about 5 to 6 years.
they can have the drill up and running and pulling oil in 3 months.
