huh?? Who ever said that? And as for drilling the Argument, the oil companies already have 68 million acres to drill on now and they aren't drilling - why sacrifice protected wetlands, National Forrests and sites close to our shorline for it also. he Never said lets not drill for oil
Do you know wone of the reasons why Katrina impacted New Orleans so bad? Because the Politicians, Lobbyisnt and Oil companiea llowed over 30 Superfund sites (Toxic Dumpsites for oil and chemical compaies) to be put off New Orleans shore - it desimated the wetlands that acted as a buffer agaisnt the storms- OVer 1,800 people died. So Ecological elements are important they aren't jsut to look pretty

Russia also does this (in coordination with China). And Russia supplies most of Europe's energy. Us declaring war on either would lead to... crappy stuff happening. Like, either us losing our allies in Europe and therefore being entirely screwed over, or Europe failing because their energy supplies are cut off (either purposefully or as a directly result of our actions)
